Members of the Gen-ART team found the default presentation, in which Telechat deadlines are highlighted over in-progress LC deadlines, confusing.

If a draft is newly assigned for LC, even if it is on a future Telechat, that draft should be listed under "Last Calls". The draft can also be listed under the Telechat section.

In secdir we always list is in the highest level, i.e., if there is telechat date for the draft, that is the final deadline... This is mostly because reviewers seem to be considering the IETF LC deadlines more soft than the telechat deadline, so as long as the document is not assigned and telechat date, the might postpone the review even if it goes past the deadline. They do know that pushing the review past the telechat deadline is not good, as then review will be late.

On the other hand telechat and last call end dates are ofter very close to each other, so they might never see it on the telechat list if it is only on the last call list until the last call deadline is gone.

So having document on both lists will be acceptable for the secdir too...

Fixed in 82c63b4:

Fix #2118 - Always list all last call drafts in assignment summary.

If a draft is scheduled for a telechat, but also assigned for LC review,
it will now be listed both in the telechat section and under "last calls".

Commit ready for merge.
