The buttons on the main agenda page for downloading meeting materials in pdf or tarball form currently only include what the code can scrape from the agenda for the working group.
It should also take the drafts explicitly associated with the session into account.
We should make sure that code still does the right thing for groups that have more than one session, and have a separate agenda for each session.
