Under the "To" field for incoming liaisons, we now have the ability to send the liaison to more than one WG, so thank you for that! However, as we add working groups to the "Group" field under "To", the "Contacts" get populated with the email addresses of the WG chairs and secretaries in the following format: Full Name . This field has a 250 character limit, and anytime there are more than 3 WGs in the "Group" section, it exceeds the character limit and we cannot submit the liaison. We have to manually go in and remove the full names, and just leave the email addresses to keep it within the character limit. Today, we received a liaison with 6 recipient groups. Even when we removed the full names, it still exceeded the character limit. Is there any way to increase the character limit in this section?
If we cannot increase the character limit, Cindy had a great solution and suggested that we have it go to the WG aliases:
