Ballot popup display bug in newest Firefox and Safari

Hi!

I'm getting a bug where document and charter ballot popups don't display properly when I click on the ballot grid from the IESG agenda. In the left column, I see the headers for "Yes," "No objection," etc., but not the list of who balloted each of those positions under the header.

I see this bug on a Mac (OS 10.10.5) running Firefox 49.0.1 and Safari 9.1.

It works properly in Chrome 53.0.2785.116.

Huh. This one may be hard to pin down.

I just tried to reproduce it here (on OS X 10.11.6) with Firefox 49.0.1, but no luck.
It renders just as it should. The same goes for the various other firefoxes I have
available, and chrome and safari 10.0 :-(

Could this have something to do with the window width (I doubt it, but grasping at
straws here). The whole sidebar should go away when the window becomes narrower,
but maybe there's a few pixels where the names are gone but not the labels ???

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be the window width--I see the same behavior when the window is at max width. (Making the window narrower does make the entire left sidebar go away as expected.)

FWIW, I saw this behavior on 2 different computers earlier today (but admittedly, both had the same OS and versions of Firefox and Safari running.)

Fixed in 679c5d3:

Changed an unfortunate html class name 'adname' (Area Director name) which triggered adblock. Fixes issues #2016 and #2027.
