Spencer was recently surprised when starting a chartering effort by having the BoF chairs show up in the proposed charter text that was emitted by placing the text into internal review.
It would be better if the pages that show the charter text, and the pages that allow upload of new charter text, showed the core part of the WG summary (group state, personnel, mailing list) to make sanity checking any needed changes in those things easier.
