I think the issue is that the URLs changed on the secretariat-maintained side of things, because the URL seems to be https://www.ietf.org/proceedings/interim/2016/05/12/cfrg/proceedings.html and that links to https://www.ietf.org/proceedings/interim/2016/05/12/cfrg/slides/slides-interim-2016-cfrg-1-7.pdf which is correct.

Fixed in d298785:

Merged in ^/branch/amsl/interim@11230, which provides interim meeting management support. Also fixes issues #1961, #1962 and #1964.
