bookmark names are not as descriptive as they could be

When bookmarking (in firefox) a page like
datatracker.ietf.org/doc/rfc5228
the name that shows up in the name field for the bookmark is simply "RFC5228".

It would be better if it were something like "RFC5228 - Sieve: An Email Filtering Language"
