Hi,

On https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/start-rfc-status-change/, there is a dropdown field to choose what the new RFC status will be (e.g. "Moves to Historic"), but it looks like the label for that field on the page has disappeared (see attached), so it's not obvious that the field needs to be filled out. Can this please be added?

The form is more broken. See #1899

My first shot at fixing this labeling problem (adding an extra label and bootstrap styling both labels like the rows below them get styled) looked pretty good until I tried responsiveness testing - it doesn't do the best thing on very small screens. I suspect the form will need a slight refactoring in order for that to work correctly.
