Showing the Responsible AD for a charter document rather than the Responsible AD for a group is confusing

shows Brian as the responsible AD.

Brian is the responsible ad for that charter Document, but Terry is currently the responsible ad for the dprive wg. Most users are going to be more interested in who the group AD is, not who managed the most recent charter revision.

The doc/charter- page metadata should make it easy to see who the group's AD is.

We should discuss whether charter documents should have their responsible AD changed when the responsible AD for a group changes.

I am not sure that changing the responsible AD in the charter document is the only approach. This issue raised itself when I clicked on a WG name in the IETF 94 agenda. It shows the charter document rather than the current charter (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/charter-ietf-dprive/ versus https://datatracker.ietf.org/wg/dprive/charter/). So one straightforward approach is to use ../wg/.. version of the charter when creating the links for the agenda.

This has been sitting for about six weeks, so I did the straightforward thing: display the Responsible AD as well as the Charter Edit AD. Only the Charter Edit AD can be changed from this page. This fixes the major portion of the ticket, but it does not take the approach suggested by Robert.
