The incumbent field is only used for display. But, as the current code stands, it doesn't make sense to create two Positions for if we are asking to seat two people as directors of a given area (like we're doing for ART this time), or for the handful of IAB people.
The field should probably be removed from the model, or it should be made m2m and given a "will not stand again" bit.
If removed from the model (which I think is better), leaving a hint in the default templates to talk about the incumbent where it makes sense would be a good thing to do.
