When setting up the positions for a nomcom, the form presents both Name and Description. Description is presented as a big text edit box, hinting that there should be a lot of text here, like the requirements for the position perhaps. However, it is used as one line on the views, as a title essentially. The requirements text goes into a template.
The form fields need to be renamed, resized, and much better cues need to be presented about what should go where.
