It's not possible to look at a draft leading to an RFC. It is particularly hard to see the last version of a draft #1730

Right now, http://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-netext-pmip6-qos/5 redirects to rfc7222 instead of showing you version 5 of the draft.

Additionally, at least one place in the code elides the version when rendering URIs if the version is whatever doc.rev says. When the document is an rfc, it shouldn't do this. /doc/draft-ietf-netext-pmip6-qos/12 should show version 12, not the RFC, and any links (like those in #1729) should keep the version number and not just say /doc/draft-ietf-netext-pmip6-qos/.
