Documents on future IESG telechat agendas

Hi,

For https://datatracker.ietf.org/iesg/agenda/documents/,
the previous tracker version allowed the IESG members to quickly evaluate
with a color scheme (red/green) if they already balloted a document (DISCUSS,
NO OBJECTION). This was pretty useful.
Please bring back this functionality.

Yes, this is known, and is on the bootstrap todo-list (http://datatracker.ietf.org/release/todo).
Not being aware of this functionality, neither Lars or I realised it was lost, but Robert caught it.

Color agenda/documents rows with position taken when viewing as an AD. Fixes bug #1679. Commit ready for merge.
