My $0.02: Yes, you probably do want to set a reply-to address. However, I'd like to strongly request that it not be ietf-secretariat-reply@ietf.org, as this ends up in the IESG queue. If it's meeting session related, that's not the right place for it, and we'll spend a lot of time moving and reassigning tickets. agenda@ietf.org or something like that probably makes more sense, but I'd defer to Stephanie for the specifics.
