The draft submission code will create Email records where the address looks like 'unknown-email-Claudio-Allochio' when it can't find a person/email match for a detected Author.
When sending email, these addresses should not be placed in destination fields. They are known to not work, and will only result in errors being reported to the secretariat.
At the moment, these happen frequently when email is sent by the submission tool to 'the authors of the previous version' of a draft.
