If I upload a document using /group/edu/materials/new/slides/, and give the document a long title like "Example presentation with a really long title", the javascript populates the filename field with 'slides-edu-example-presentation-with-a-really-long-title'. I can then edit that field to say 'slides-edu-example-presentation', then hit upload, and the resulting document is named 'slides-edu-example-presentation-with-a-really-long-title'.
