Changing Telechat date leaves docs behind

Hi Ryan,

So, we put dates in the Telechat app as a best guess for what the next meetings after IETF 89 would be, so that the ADs could continue to put things on agendas while the IESG was deciding on their conference call schedule moving forward.

This time, we happened to guess wrong--we had guessed March 20, April 3, April 17, and May 1 would be the next 4 telechat dates. However, they went with March 27, April 10, April 24, and May 15.

I changed the dates by editing them here: https://datatracker.ietf.org/admin/iesg/telechatdate/

However, it looks like once the dates were edited, anything that was added to the agenda before the date was changed no longer shows up.

Can you please look into this?

NOTE: Documents are tied to a Telechat call via the TelechatDocEvent.telechat_date date field. Chair or Secretariat can manually move these from the main Document page but it would be nice if it happened automatically.

Fixed in 77f4bf2:

When changing a TelechatDate in the admin interface, retain all document associations. Fixes #1349. Commit ready for merge.
