broken Atom newsfeeds on datatracker

It appears that the Atom feeds for datatracker pages are broken in that they contain links to totally different tracker items.

For instance, the feed at https://datatracker.ietf.org/feed/document-changes/draft-ietf-httpbis-authscheme-registrations/ has:

The same applies to other feeds related to httpbis documents.

Fixed in 057dd43:

Fixed a probem with wrong URLs in atom feeds, caused by caching. Fixes issue #1307.
