Make the meeting schedule editor at least minimally usable on mobile

Description

The schedule editor is not mobile-compatible at present. It does not need to be fully mobile-friendly, but the ability to do at least simple adjustments would be helpful.

A first blocking issue is that the tool panel at the bottom of the page almost completely uses up the screen real estate, as shown in the screenshot.

The specific use case here was that I needed to add an ‘agenda note’ to a session that was already scheduled. I wasn’t at my computer so I wanted to get it done quickly on my phone. All that’s needed is to scroll over and find the session object to edit, but the menu takes up so much of the screen real estate it took me a while to get to the one I needed.

I certainly don’t need full mobile functionality but it would be great to be able to make small adjustments like that on the fly. If the menu could be set to be smaller that’d do it!

Would it be useful to make it so that you can manage the session note from an individual session's page? (such as https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/126/session/moq)?
