Datatracker document page not showing IESG sub-states

The document page in the datatracker is no longer showing the IESG substate. For example, draft-ietf-storm-ipsec-ips-update is currently in IESG Evaluation: Revised ID Needed. However, https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-storm-ipsec-ips-update/ only shows "IESG Evaluation."

The history page shows the correct substate, as does the search page (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/search/?name=draft-ietf-storm-ipsec-ips-update&activedrafts=on&rfcs=on).

Can this please be fixed for the main document page?

Fixed in ffb4581:

Fixed regression in display of IESG state; added back substate information. Fixes issue #1117.
