There is an inconsistency in which order the drafts are called when doing diffs from the history page.
For example:
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-avtcore-leap-second/history/
If one picks a from -03 and to -04 versions and press go to get the diff then the from (-03) is on the left and the to (-04) is on the right.
If I press the diff link in the history feed for a new draft submission then it has the new (-04) to the left and the (-03) to the right.
To me it looks like a bug in how the history feed diff link is generated, because to me having the old to the left and the new to the right is the proper order.
This has been changed quite recently (noticed after summer), possibly by explicitly setting both URL for the drafts to compare, when before the short hand was used.
