Hackathon entries on IETF Meeting proceedings need tuning

Describe the issue

The “session recording” links for the Hackathon entries in the past 3 meetings (the only ones I checked) do not seem to work (screenshots attached) and the “Bluesheet” information linked aren’t really participation logs. Perhaps Hackathon proceedings entries need some special handling.

It's definitely a different kind of session than we have, and the two sessions that do involve meetecho (kickoff and summary) really should have people signing in with the on-site tool. Do you ask people to sign in that way for tutorials?

That said, providing links to youtube/the meetecho player when there was no meetecho session is a bug that will be addressed via a different issue.
