Shepherd Write-Up field missing for individual docs

Hi,

The Shepherd Write-Up field seems to have disappeared for non-WG IETF-stream docs.

Looking at:

https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-kaplan-insipid-session-id/

There is no longer a "Shepherd Write-Up" link.

However, page the writeup should go on still exists:
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-kaplan-insipid-session-id/shepherdwriteup/

But there is not a link to it from the main doc page anymore.

Can this please be fixed?

Fixed in a84d891:

Re-enabled the link to document shepherd writeups for individual drafts, which regressed in the 4.60 merge. Fixes issue #1084.
