Document shepherds no longer appear on the WG page for some entries

Three documents on that page (draft-ietf-appsawg-json-merge-patch, draft-ietf-appsawg-sieve-duplicate, draft-ietf-appsawg-xml-mediatypes) have shepherds assigned, but those names are not shown in the right-most column. The shading in that column is also irregular.

Fixed in 544d252:

Fixed a bug in rendering the AD/Shepherd column in document list pages, when no AD is associated with a document. Fixes issue #1079.
