Python 3.3 goes [EOL](https://docs.python.org/devguide/index.html#branchstatus) in a few weeks so drop it from testing and add Python 3.6.

Travis no longer used... @dsjoerg Can you advise me how to add similar flake8 test to circle.yml? (If flake8 testing would be of interest.) |

Hi @cclauss I'm not sure, I learned just enough CircleCI to get it working a year or so ago, and haven't touched it since and I'm not sure it's even working any more. I'm super hands-off with sc2reader now, still responding to PRs and trying to keep things working but that's about it. |
