Alerting when indexing fails #54
Description
Right now I rely on users to open an issue to let me know when the forum indexing is failing. Ideally I would get an automated alert when indexing fails for more than a few hours (It's expected to fail during patch deployments.). This could be a simple email or it could be an integration with a third-party service like Pagerduty.
