new month first entry

Describe the bug
If there's no new entry for the first of the month, the next entry (assuming 2nd of the month) when entered, will use the previous month last row as the first row instead of starting from the 1st row.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. No entry on the first of the month
2. Entry is only from the 2nd of the month onwards

Expected behavior
A new row should be created if month is different
