This PR is to the separate the instantiation of the Location services to a class called dataSources. This results in the instantiation of only the class requested and provides a cleaner code. As well as the above changes, I have implemented a precondition in the init.py so that if the data source requested was not one of the available data sources, the client would be given the default data source.
