In the past, any attempt to use this class would result in all the data sources being instantiated. Now, only the one the user requested or jhu will be used by default.

In the past, any attempt to use this class would result in all the data sources being instantiated. I used the Singleton pattern to combine the csbs, jhu, and nyt classes into one class so that only one instantiation of a data class exists at any time.
