Description

This PR drops use of squirephp/timezones-en and instead makes use of PHP's internal time zone list using timezone_identifiers_list()

Changelog

Added

  • TimeZoneHelper with list() method
  • time zone offset is now displayed on the settings page

Removed

  • squirephp/timezones-en composer dependency
