📃 Description
Long term strategy is to completely refactor the metrics dashboard, this PR removes the charts from the admin panel and places basic stat cards in it's place. Going forward the metrics dashboard will only be available outside of the admin panel.
More changes are coming to the admin panel dashboard, this was mostly a house cleaning PR.
