[Feature] Refactored container startup process (BREAKING CHANGE)

📃 Description

Important

This PR no longer mounts .env into the application from local storage. All environment variables should be moved to your Docker up command or to your docker-compose.yml file.

This PR simplifies application startup process.

• cache Filament components during startup to improve dashboard performance

🗑️ Removed

• attempting to create an application key during startup, instead you can generate one at https://speedtest-tracker.dev/generate-app-key
• copying .env.production to .env and adding a symlink for .env file
