📃 Description
This PR upgrades Sail development environment to PHP 8.3. linuxserver/docker-speedtest-tracker#11 was opened to request the version bump in the LSIO image.
alexjustesen/speedtest-trackerimage will not be upgraded as it will be removed as ofv0.20.0.🪵 Changelog
