E-mail Notification showing ${APP_NAME} in Front of from E-mail Address

Linux Mint 22.0/Running through Docker. E-mail Notifications are showing a ${APP_NAME} value at the "Name" in front of the sending e-mail address

From = ${APP_NAME} myemailaddress@gmail.com
Did I miss an environment variable in the Docker Compose file?

So looks like I missed MAIL_FROM_NAME as an environment variable in the docs, I'll get that updated and default to something else in the app in the next release.
