Notification for daily/weekly averages

Describe the solution you'd like
In issue #243 someone requested daily/weekly averages on the dashboard. If possible could you implement a notification for daily/weekly averages, like a summary of the day/week? Maybe include lowest/highest up-/download and ping.
In the future you could include special occurences aswell (e.g. failed tests).

I am missing this feature too. It was quite the parlor trick at the pub after work to have Telegram message Pop up on the Watch showing my Average Speeds for the day :-)

Not sure if this FR includes the concept of alerting on thresholds based on these averages?

It would be wonderful if we could change the current alert mode which triggers on a single test, to something like "Alert if the 24h average drops below <100MBps" etc.
