Description

I would like to request adding the capability of multiple Apprise settings.

Use Case: I’d like to get use Apprise to get discord messages for all speed tests ran to one Apprise service URL but threshold messages to a separate Apprise service URL. This would allow me to send it to two different Discord channels and control notifications (i.e. only get notifications for thresholds). Alternatively, being able to customize message templates per trigger option would also allow for utilizing discord tagging just for thresholds. Similarly, being able to select which triggers per service URL may also work.

Currently if I add multiple Apprise service URLs the same messages get sent to both.
