Description
Currently, when running a manual test, the Server ID must be returned by the Ookla API. However, in some cases, a specific Server ID may not be included in the API response, even though it is known and valid.
It would be helpful to allow users to manually define or override the Server ID when starting a manual test. Users may want to target a specific server for testing purposes.
