[Question] Email Notifications not arriving, Test is received without issues. #2690

What did you do?
I have updated to 1.13.6 and then to 1.13.7 but both versions have the same issue; I sent a test email and this arrived without issues; I then set a speedtest and I did not receive the email result. 1.13.5 works fine however.
Expected Behavior
When a speedtest is performed I should receive an email.
Steps to Reproduce
Set a speedtest time in docker compose and wait for the speedtest to occur and wait for the notification by email.
