[Bug] Notification Panel links are missing port number

Description

When notifications are sent to the notification area (opened using the bell icon) the links there (for example to a speedtest result) are missing the port number.

It's possible this is a configuration-time bug, but it's missing in any case.

Expected Behavior

When I click on a link in the notification panel, the link will contain a port number so that the correct result comes up (instead of a 404).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Do some action to generate a notification.
2. Click on the bell icon to go to the notification panel
3. Click on the link to receive a 404 / Not Found.
4. Notice the port number missing from the URL

To add possible additional context to this issue (that I missed realizing was a duplicate issue #2617, my apologies): My variation of this issue is not just a port issue, but the entire base URL is incorrect in the notification's "View" link. In my case, the base URL of the link is "localhost" (but also with no port appended). My environment is also a Synology NAS.

Yes. I'm not in front of the admin console or my docker host to confirm, but 99% sure it's set. Changed it from the default (hazzip.io?) to a cloudflare ping URL.

Oh, re-reading your question more closely and looking at the documentation. I'm confusing the environment variables, I expect.

I do have it set (it's flagged as mandatory), but I don't know for sure the value. I suspect you're asking if how I set it includes my port? I can check later and get back to you ...
