Description
With more ISPs running dual stack IPv4 and IPv6 setups, some in combination with CGNAT on IPv4. It would be nice if we can specify to test on either IPv4 and/or IPv6.
So far the Ookla CLI does not support to define which to use. One option is to use the IP argument to specify to use an IPv4 or IPv6 IP. Similar to how we can specify the interface to use.
This will only be possible after #1565
