[Bug] Ping is failing during internet check

Description

Ping is failing for an unknown reason.

Expected Behavior

Ping should be working for known reasons.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run a speedtest
2. See it fall on it's face

I second @alexjustesen report. I have the same problem with 1.13.0 version using Proxmox container install script from community-scripts site. I also have another LXC with the docker version still in 1.12.4 version that are not affected by this issue.
I tested connectivity and DNS configuration as there's no network issues that would avoid speedtest-tracker to work as expected.

Both community-script LXC and Docker LXC with SpeedTest are on the same host with the exact same network configuration.

So, I assume there's something faulty in the 1.13.0 version that generates this error when executing.

Running speedtest command in LXC container terminal works as expected.

Perhaps the PHP Ping LIB are you using has the same behavior that the Java lib, which is not using an ICMP Ping without root rights and fallback to test a specific port?

Turns out the prod images don't have iputils as a dependency (oops). linuxserver/docker-speedtest-tracker#65 was opened to update the LSIO image and alexjustesen/docker-speedtest-tracker#9 has been merged for my image.

Ping is functioning as expected using ghcr.io/alexjustesen/docker-speedtest-tracker:1.13.1-beta.2, once the LSIO PR is merged I'll merge the hot fix so a new LSIO image is built.

⚠️ use my image at your own risk, still ironing it out should you choose to switch.

I have try the ping in cli in the container: perhaps the busybody ping is to dump?

Is the key, spatie/ping needs iputils so it functions correctly.

I have the same issue the error is Failed to connected to hostname "icanhazip.com". Error received "unknownError". But I can reach the URL and receive an IPv6 response. when checking on my browser. Running the curl command from the container works - curl icanhazip.com 128.92.x.x

What package should I install in 1.13.0 version running on Proxmox container and installed via script from community-scripts site?

apt install iputils-ping iputils-tracepath iputils-arping did not solve the issue.

Speedtest command works good on CLI:

@hughfr4nc15 apt install iputils-ping should of worked in Proxmox. When you do install the util make sure you restart speedtest tracker.
