[Question] Latest result time displayed appears to be set to UTC

Description

I currently have the environment variable set to America/New_York. The time is displayed properly on the charts. However, the Latest result section shows the time 5 hours ahead.

Expected Behavior

For the Latest result section to display the time in the timezone that's set in DISPLAY_TIMEZONE.

Steps to Reproduce

1. View the dashboard after speedtest runs have ran.

Works for me using DISPLAY_TIMEZONE=America/New_York, make sure to restart your container after updating the var.
