Keeps reverting to light mode since 1.2.1

Describe the bug
Since updating to 1.2.1, any section I click on the left side navbar results in a switch to light mode, singeing my retinas. The initial dashboard page loads in dark theme but any other navigation causes it to switch. Haven't had this happen before.

I have tried logging off/back on, clearing cache & cookies. Happens on mobile (Safari) and desktop browser (Chrome).

Environment

• OS: Tested on iOS18.3 Mobile Safari, macOS 15.3 + Chrome 132
• My install is using the latest Docker image

Confirmed Chrome 132 & Firefox 134 on Windows 11.

This is a bug with Filament (the admin panel package) so I'll keep an eye out for a patch when it's released.

Temporary workaround is to middle-click all sidebar links. New tabs load correctly for the first try.

I tried to find a related issue at https://github.com/filamentphp/filament/issues but I couldn't. @alexjustesen what issue are you referring to?

Honestly haven't had time to look further, it'll probably be this weekend before I can circle back around to this issue.

+1 for this issue. It seems to happen constantly - turns light mode until I refresh

Just upgraded from v1.1.0 - v1.2.2
Running in a container on a Pi.

No logs to be found.

Light mode re-appears when navigating to any other page. To fix, I must move the UI toggle into light mode, and back into dark mode.

This issue is related to livewire version. I have downgraded from livewire v3.6 to 3.5.18 as suggested here in link and issue is gone for now
