[Chore] Placeholder error message is repeated. #1962

Describe the bug
The place holder messages introduced in #1940 is repeated multiple times when used. Once should be more then enough

Unfortunately I don't know what caused the failure in the first place, and I don't have the output of the CLI to see its output.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Start a Test
- Let it fail without the CLI returning a error message
- See the repeated error in the results.
Expected behavior
Only show the error message once.
