[Bug] Filtering on Healthy does not work

Describe the bug
When filtering on healthy in the results table the wrong results are shown.

• Only healthy speedtests shows all the results with a healthy value both true and false
• Only unhealthy speedtests shows all the older results which have the null value for them.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Results table
2. Click on Filter
   3.. Filter on the healthy

Expected behavior
Show the correct results
