Display percentage of times when threshold is not hit

it would be nice to see from a glance what how much the results are not being hit.

Calculate and display the percentage of time when the threshold is not being hit. This would be of course for the time range the chart is displaying.
This should be next to the chart perhaps next to the title.

I understand that the threshold setting is in a json column and this could be a bit of pain.
