Scheduler not working corretly #1519

Describe the bug
I have a hourly scheduler but speedtest do not run every hour (see screenshot)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Scheduler set to - SPEEDTEST_SCHEDULE="30 */1 * * *" so it should run every hour at 30mins
- start the container
- e.g it runs at 1:30 2:30 5:30 but 3:30 und 4:30 are missing, also there is no failed in the log and 1:30 has number 1 and 3:30 number 2 instead of 3 in the list.
Expected behavior
Should run hourly
