All scheduled tests failing, manually triggerd are ok

First, I'm using podman so the version in use is 1.12.4 (all versions above are not usable with podman). Keep that in mind.

I have set this cron via env var */30 * * * * so the test get started at correct times. But the scheduled tests all fail with Error: [0] Timeout occurred in connect. or Error: [0] Cannot read: . Nothing in the log. When I do after and before a manually, that one is ok. See here:

The only exception is id 29, the error is An unexpected error occurred while running the Ookla CLI. so this can be a temp problem.
So why I have such trouble with the scheduled ones? In such case, the tool is not usable for me.

My guess is it's related to #2638

Yes, that's why I'm stik to version 1.12.4 but I fiund out that the error was only when I use the server with ID 31469.
