I've been use speedtest-tracker for a few day now and love it.
Presently on v1.6.7
There is one problem.
I'm using it on Docker Desktop for Windows 11 and went through the install just fine.

I changed my user name and password and set up a schedule.
I tried to get an APP_KEY from Windows Powershell CLI but that failed with the error:
"openssl : The term 'openssl' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program."
I installed openssl but the same error comes up.

So since I have Ubuntu CLI installed I tried that and it worked and added that APP_KEY to the yml file.
Stopped and started the container.
All works fine until I reboot.
After that I have to log in with the default email and password and all my data is gone.
I tried 4 more times and every time all my data and login credentials are gone.
What an I doing wrong
Any help would be appreciated since I'm trying to diagnose an ISP issue.

This is likely because no volume is mapped to persist the data, so it only exists in memory until the container is restarted. There should be something like this in your compose file. /path/to/data should be changes to a path where you want to store the data.

volumes:
    - /path/to/data:/config

I put this in my compose file and rebooted twice and it seems to work.
volumes:
- C:\speedtest-tracker\data:\config
But when I look in that path I don't see any data.
Is that normal?

There should be an database file that holds all the data.

That's what I thought as well.
But every folder in that path is empty except for the yml file.

There should be something like this. Can you share your compose file.

Funny thing is it's now working and data is being saved on reboot.

Can you try with below, the slash on the inside of the container should be diffrent.

C:\speedtest-tracker\data:/config

Note: Im not a Windows user, not sure how it works with docker volumes.

I now see the data structure in that path as you described.
