Creating initial Instructions for deploying speedtest-tracker in a QNAP NAS using the QNAP Container Station applications via YAML code.

Thanks for the PR! I'm going to merge it but need to make a couple of changes. If something doesn't work or needs another update feed free to open an issue on the app repo https://github.com/alexjustesen/speedtest-tracker

1. Bump compose version to 3.4 and add the health check section.
2. Going to update to reference the LSIO container.
3. Remove duplicate documentation of the default credentials and link to the install page.

tested updated instructions and they are working properly on QNAP glad to provide any screenshots as needed for users.
